1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PocketBase Cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

PocketBase Cloud provides managed cloud hosting services for PocketBase applications. Our services include:

  • Hosting Infrastructure. Secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for your PocketBase instances.
  • Support Services. Technical support and assistance via email and documentation.

3. Independence & Trademarks

PocketBase Cloud is an independent service and has no relationship with the PocketBase open source project. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to PocketBase, its authors, maintainers, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. No such relationship should be inferred from our name, our branding, or any statement on this site.

“PocketBase” and any related names, marks, emblems and images are the property of their respective owners. We use the name nominatively — that is, solely to identify and describe the third-party open source software that our platform installs and operates on your behalf. PocketBase is distributed by its authors under the MIT licence and remains freely available to anyone; the official project is at pocketbase.io. Nothing you pay us is a fee for PocketBase itself, and no plan on this site conveys any right, licence, warranty or support obligation from the PocketBase project.

Our obligations under these Terms cover only the hosting and management services we provide. We do not control the development, roadmap, release schedule, licensing or security of PocketBase, and we make no representation or warranty on its authors' behalf. Support requests concerning this platform must be directed to us; please do not direct them to the PocketBase maintainers. Conversely, defects in the PocketBase software itself are governed by its own licence and disclaimers of warranty.

The same applies to every other third-party name that appears on this site — including but not limited to Supabase, PocketHost, Firebase, Stripe, Cloudflare, Hetzner and OVHcloud. Those names are used for identification and comparison only and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

4. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities.

6. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your usage. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your usage.
  • Provide valid payment information and keep it up to date.
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for data loss; you are responsible for maintaining backups.
